Title: Alias Bob Dylan

Red Deer, Alberta, Canada: Red Deer College Press, 1991

Description: 192 p.; 23 cm.

Notes: The many faces of Bob Dylan, as gleaned from analysis of his works. (What was it Bob said? "People can learn everything about me through my songs- if they know where to look.") Written by a university academician, but also a big fan (and a regular on r.m.d.). The result is very readable, not stuffy, with lots of interesting analysis. The book itself is aesthetic, printed on that nice soft paper with the ragged edges, and the cover is, well...pretty. Includes bibliographical references. (p.191-192).

Subjects: Criticism & interpretation.
